SOLAR ENERGY INSTALLATION SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

Safely carry solar modules up ladders.Set up and install racking systems on rooftops.Secure solar modules to racking systems.Install conduit in attics and crawlspaces.Pull wires through conduits for electrical connections.Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma is mandatory.Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience (5+ years preferred).Driving record must meet our insurance standards.Willingness to work at heights, outdoors, and in a variety of environmental conditions (attics, crawlspaces, etc.).Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.OSHA 10 certification is required before starting.General construction knowledge or experience and proficiency in using hand tools (e.g., drills, saws, drivers).Must acquire a personal set of tools from a provided list.A four-year degree in an electrical or renewable energy field is preferred but not necessary.As an equal opportunity employer, we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
