Job Description:
This is an hourly position with the potential for a quarterly performance bonus. In this role, you'll support our expanding operations in North Louisiana, ensuring safe and efficient electrical installations while enhancing our clients' energy savings.

Responsibilities:
• Interpret and apply electrical codes, standards, and best practices
• Lead and mentor crew members in hands-on electrical work
• Conduct installation and maintenance of solar power systems, generators, and other energy solutions
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring reliable service
• Document and report on project statuses, including site photos and assessments

Requirements:
- Journeyman or Master Electrician with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
