Job Description:

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your primary goal is to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and schedule them for a free consultation with our solar experts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners in person (door-to-door) or via phone/text (inside sales)
• Provide basic information about solar energy and its financial/environmental benefits
• Qualify interested homeowners and schedule them for a follow-up appointment
• Log leads and appointment details in our CRM system
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Outgoing, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle objections and stay positive
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Willingness to work outdoors (for field-based roles)
• Must be 18+ years old
