Sales consultants are responsible for varying parts of the sales process, from qualifying sites and homeowners interested in solar energy, to consulting customers on solar options. Our customers rely on the Boundless Inc. brand for a top-quality experience, which starts with the sale.We have LEADS available to close and a training platform to teach you how to self-generate business simultaneously.Compensation for Sales ConsultantBased upon performance - earning potentially ranges from $100k-$300k+ annually1099 EmployeeClear career path opportunities to management, multiple promotions within your first yearWe promote from withinSales Consultant ResponsibilitiesPresent, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customersPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reportsKeep abreast of best practices and promotional trendsContinuously improve through feedbackQualifications for Sales ConsultantsProven track record of sales and/or lead generation experienceIn-home and/or solar sales experience preferredProficient in Google Suite and CRM tools or related experienceExcellent communication skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicCoachable and self-motivatedCapable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goalsExceptional critical thinking skillsAble to perform with minimal supervisionResourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritizeFlexible work schedule1+ years of sales or consulting experienceApplicants must be 18 years or olderMust have reliable personal transportationJob Type: Full-timePay: $8,000.00 - $30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleProfessional development assistanceSupplemental pay types:Bonus payCommission payExperience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Work Location: On the road
