Join Our Team as a Solar Energy Consultant – Must Have Solar Sales Experience!

Are you an experienced solar sales professional with a passion for sustainability? Do you want to help homeowners and businesses reduce their carbon footprint while saving on energy costs? We are looking for a dedicated Solar Energy Consultant with proven solar sales experience to join our team and play a key role in the clean energy revolution.

As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will design tailored solar solutions, take advantage of available government incentives, and provide exceptional customer service while leading the transition to renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Leverage your experience to generate a minimum of 10 new leads per week through door knocking, networking, events, referrals, and cold calling. Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to continuously enhance lead-generation efforts.
• Customer Engagement:
• Reach out to new leads and follow up with those who have already received proposals.
• Design and present five customized solar solutions each week based on clients' energy needs and goals.
• Prepare closing documents for at least one customer per week, ensuring a smooth transition from proposal to installation.

Qualifications:
• Proven Solar Sales Experience: This is a non-negotiable requirement. We need someone with a solid background in solar or energy sales.
• Strong Negotiation & Customer Service Skills: You know how to build long-lasting relationships and navigate complex deals.
• Technical Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of renewable energy and solar systems.
• CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM software is a plus (Salesforce experience is a bonus!).
• Door-to-Door & Outside Sales: Comfortable conducting field sales and marketing directly with potential customers.
• Multilingual or Bilingual: Additional language skills are a plus and will help you connect with a diverse customer base.
• Leadership Experience: If you've led sales teams or initiatives in the past, that’s a huge bonus!

Compensation:
• W2 position with performance-based pay structure.
• First 2 months: $69,120 (average earnings based on performance).
• 6 months: $207,360 (top performers can expect even higher earnings).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
