Your Role

As a Residential Solar Consultant, you will:
• Drive new business through canvassing, networking, events, and referrals.
• Conduct educational, no-pressure consultations (in-person or virtual) to evaluate homeowner needs.
• Present customized solar solutions, clearly explaining financial options (Loan, Lease, PPA, Cash).
• Provide energy savings estimates and ROI projections.
• Manage client relationships from initial contact to signed agreement.
• Collaborate with inside sales and operations for seamless customer experiences.
• Represent Solar Homes 360 with integrity and professionalism.

• Experience in solar sales, home improvement, real estate, or financial services is a plus (not required).
• Self-driven with a passion for creating your own success.
• Skilled at building trust and simplifying complex concepts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• 1099 contract
