About the position

We are seeking dynamic Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives who are ready to hunt for new opportunities, build relationships, and promote our solar solutions. No prior experience is required—just a strong drive to succeed and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: - Door-to-Door Sales: Proactively canvass neighborhoods to introduce our solar products and services, generate leads, and close sales. - Community Engagement: Attend and actively participate in local networking events, including BNI meetings, chamber of commerce functions, and other community gatherings to build brand awareness and establish connections. - Customer Outreach: Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our solar solutions and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients. - Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall company growth.
