Position Overview
We are seeking a Solar Electrician to join our Missoula branch. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential solar electrical systems. Experience in solar is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate with strong residential electrical experience.
Key Responsibilities

Install, wire, and commission residential solar PV systems
Perform electrical tie-ins, panel upgrades, and system troubleshooting
Ensure all work meets NEC codes and local regulations
Work closely with installation crews and project managers
Maintain a safe and organized job site
Complete inspections and system testing

Requirements

Active Montana Electrical License (Required)
Residential electrical experience (Required)
Experience with Enphase solar equipment (Preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety practices
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must have own basic hand tools
Valid driver’s license
