Responsibilities:
• Ensure the work being performed is professional and conforms to existing national and local building codes
• Work cooperatively with team members to complete residential solar installations
• Identify and restore system components to resolve electrical issues
• Oversee the lead electrical system installations that interconnect the solar array to the grid
• Ensure the work performed is of the highest quality and is compliant with current NEC and local codes
• Work with crew members, homeowners or business owners to correct any system issues while supporting solar equipment installation
Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Valid state or national electrician license is highly preferred but not required
• Must be extremely competent
• Knowledge of all current and updated NEC codes
• Experience replacing residential distribution panels and electrical services.
• Working knowledge and experience with all required tools associated with electrical trade.
• Ability to read and interpret single line drawings.
• Must be comfortable working from heights and ladders.
• Previous solar experience preferred but not required.
