Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably be a registered Electrical Engineer, and possess at least 2 years of experience in solar PV design. Proficiency in design software is required.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Solar Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and oversee the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, solar technology, and industry standards to deliver efficient, high-performing renewable energy solutions.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Design and develop electrical systems for solar PV installations, including string sizing, inverter selection, and system layouts.
• Perform site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
• Ensure designs comply with local, state, and national electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and contractors to ensure smooth system installations.
• Conduct system performance analysis and recommend optimizations for energy output.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, project proposals, and permit applications.
• Stay up to date with advancements in solar technology, materials, and industry best practices.
• Support troubleshooting and post-installation issues to maintain optimal system performance.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Preferably a registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or relevant certification
• At least with 2 years experience in Solar PV system design and electrical engineering
• Proficiency with design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope).
• Amenable to do field work
