Description:

The Solar Crew Foreman is responsible for managing the lead installers and solar installation for 2-4 crews. They will work in the field on a weekly basis. As the main point of contact for lead installers, this person should be fully competent in all aspects of solar installation. This includes OSHA and safety practices, roof installations, ground mount installations, and commissioning.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a diverse team in an efficient manner.
• Work on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, attics, and other residential and commercial areas.
• Implement quality control checks with each installation crew.
• Interact with clients in a respectful manner.
• Accurately upload information to CRM.
• Proficient in all aspects of roof and ground-mount solar PV systems.
• Proficient in NEC requirements for solar installation and system design.
• Proficient in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting systems and components.
• Ability to read schematics and follow installation guidelines.
