Job Description
Solar Pros is seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to educate potential customers on solar energy benefits and guide them through the adoption process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, designing customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and performing door-to-door sales. Candidates should have experience in solar sales, strong customer service skills, and preferably bilingual abilities. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling and competitive commission opportunities in a hybrid remote setting.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and guiding them through the process of going solar.
Duties:
- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their solar needs
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy
- Design customized solar solutions based on customer's energy consumption and budget
- Negotiate contracts and provide pricing information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize software tools to create proposals and track customer interactions
- Perform door-to-door sales as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in solar sales or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technical aspects of solar energy systems
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous

Pay: $52,258.94 - $234,064.52 per year
