Solar Consultant

Bridgeway Power Devices Private Limited is hiring a Solar Consultant in New Delhi, India. Candidates should stay updated on industry trends and government policies. This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹3.10–₹4.20 per year and does not require a degree.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Energy Advisor to join our team. As an Energy Advisor at Bridgeway Power, you will play a pivotal role in promoting solar energy solutions to potential customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Consultative Selling: Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and educate them on the benefits of solar energy solutions. Provide personalized recommendations based on their requirements.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and customers to foster trust and credibility. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and providing expert guidance.
• Closing Deals: Use persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve monthly targets. Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Customer Education: Educate customers about the environmental and financial benefits of solar energy, as well as government incentives and rebates available for solar installations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, solar technology advancements, and government policies related to renewable energy. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional service to customers.
