We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service while helping homeowners and businesses save on energy costs through clean, renewable solar power. With a unique business model that includes in-house roofing and a lean, high-impact team, we’ve achieved $500,000 in revenue within our first five months, of operation in 2020! Projecting to close out 2024 at $5Million! We’re looking for ambitious and hardworking sales representatives to join our team as we expand across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware.

Role Description

As a Solar Energy Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, consulting with customers, and closing sales. Leads will be provided based on performance. Your main goal is to help clients make the transition to clean energy by educating them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work with a supportive team dedicated to your success.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in solar energy sales, or a strong background in B2C/B2B sales (at least 1-2 years)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Ability to travel within Pennsylvania as needed for client consultations
• Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability

Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with prospective solar clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and self-driven outreach
• Educate homeowners and business owners on solar energy systems, pricing, and savings
• Develop and manage a pipeline of clients through the sales cycle
• Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly targets
• Work closely with installation and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent Advisor Solar and its brand with integrity and professionalism

Pay: $10,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
