Ambia Solar is hiring a Solar Appointment Setter in Akron, OH, for a commission-based door-to-door sales role. Position Type: Door-to-Door Sales/Commission Only

Monthly Pay: $5,500-$15,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in door-to-door sales to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy.
• Provide information and solutions to potential customers, helping them understand the advantages of the Net Metering program and additional incentives available to go solar.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with homeowners and answer their questions about solar energy.
• Work with homeowners to create customized solar energy solutions tailored to their needs.
• Qualify and arrange potential clients to attend a solar consultation with an energy expert.

Qualifications:
• Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are a must.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating others.
• No prior solar or sales experience required.
• Self-motivated and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
• Be coachable; we will equip you to succeed!
