Job Description

603 Solar is seeking a full-time Solar Advisor in Exeter, NH, focusing on educating clients about solar energy. Ideal candidates should have a college degree, sales experience, and excellent communication skills. The role includes in-person training and weekly meetings, with responsibilities like lead generation and client management. We are looking to grow our existing team of professional Solar Advisors. Our ideal candite is outgoing, enthusiastic, and looking for a long-term position to grow with our team.

Requirements:

· College degree required (associates or bachelors)

· Sales Experience (1 year)

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· A strong commitment to excellent customer service

· Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly grown rapport with potential clients

· Computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft office suite, CRM)

Responsibilities

· Attending in-person training for 3 weeks at start of employment (Exeter, NH)

· Attending a weekly sales meeting (Exeter, NH)

· Giving in person sales presentations to homeowners and business owners

· Handle leads that are provided to you

· Self-Generate leads through networking, door knocking, social media, etc.

· Meeting or exceeding sales goals (monthly minimums will be required)

· Managing your own schedule

· Managing communications with sold clients from point of sale until system is fully operational to ensure a good customer experience

· Work referral leads / upkeep your book of business
