Small Business Banker - Docklands

NAB is hiring a Small Business Banker in Docklands, Shepparton VIC, Australia. The role involves understanding customer needs, managing small business and home lending, and building relationships to enhance portfolio performance. In this Small Business Banking role, you will:
• Understand our customers’ needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
• Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy, to increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
• Manage small business lending requests up to $1.5 million, and home lending up to $5 million.
• Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
• Build an exciting career in an innovative, fast paced, and collaborative environment.

What you'll bring:
• Lending experience within retail or business bank
• Excellent ability to understand and grow the SME Market and gain local area knowledge
• Strong customer and relationship management
• Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
