Site Supervisor for Renewable Energy Project

Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to take your career to new heights? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Supervisor to join our innovative team in Western Australia.

About the Role:

As Site Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our renewable energy operations, ensuring the smooth running of our state-of-the-art facilities. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting directly to the Site Manager.

Your Mission:

Coordinate and optimize the operation and maintenance of our renewable energy facilities, driving performance, safety, and environmental compliance while fostering strong community relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Supervise contracted personnel and maintain quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits
• Liaise with local landowners and community members
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Manage inventory of tools, consumables, and spare parts
• Collaborate with the control room for plant optimization

Ideal Candidate:
• VET or Associate Degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical fields

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
