Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale solar energy projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies throughout the project.
• Collaborate with owners, project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to meet key project deadlines and milestones.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct routine site inspections to verify quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
• Oversee pre-construction planning and procurement processes.
• Manage site logistics, including the coordination of material deliveries and equipment handling.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all project management and execution tasks.

Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Solar Site Superintendent, with a preference for background in self perform renewable energy project.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work in diverse locations.
• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency while keeping a positive, organized approach to project timelines and production rates.
• Highly detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
