We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team in QLD. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring buildings and contents damaged by insurable events.

Your Key Responsibilities
">

• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports">
• Carry out technical restoration, treatment and cleaning of allocated sites">
• Manage multiple work sites and prioritise tasks effectively">
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders">
• Collaborate with our office-based project coordination teams, estimators/supervisors and managers">
• Ensure all restoration work is completed to a high standard and meets our client's expectations">
• Follow our company guidelines and policies at all times">
• Be available for on-call emergency work allocation (weekends & overtime)">

Requirements
">
">
• Full Drivers License and Construction Induction Card">
• Current Working with Children Check and police check (or willing to obtain prior to commencement)">
• IICRC qualification highly regarded">
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Restoration industry (training provided for those with less experience)">
• Proven experience in managing multiple work sites">
• Excellent customer service and communication skills">
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn">
