Blattner is seeking a Site Inventory Specialist for nationwide travel to support utility-scale solar and wind installations. This hands-on role involves managing material shipments, tracking inventory, and coordinating with project teams. This hands‑on role involves working outdoors, receiving inbound shipments, ordering and tracking materials onsite.Your role in actionServes as a primary liaison among the project team, Corporate Supply Chain department, Suppliers, and Transportation companiesInitiates and tracks material and equipment requisitions using Blattner systems, Supplier SharePoint, Transportation company websites, etc.Responsible for receiving, offloading, and inspecting all incoming shipments and generating Receiving Reports and Delivery Exception ReportsResponsible for outgoing shipmentsImplements and coordinates site inventory plan in conjunction with Trade Superintendents; generates storage location maps and inventory listsSupports the project team in any additional inventory management requirementsActivities consist of approximately 50% office/administrative work and 50% field workWorking outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditionsTools for the jobAbility to pass a pre‑employment background, MVR, drug, and alcohol screenTwo‑year related degree; or equivalent combination of experience and educationMust have a valid driver's licenseWillingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel)Composite or steel toe work bootsWhat makes you stand outConstruction experiencePrevious solar or wind experienceHow we invest in youAll full‑time, non‑union employees are eligible for the following benefits (including full‑time interns; part‑time interns are excluded)100% employer‑paid HDHP insurance premiums for employee401(k) with company matchVision and dental insuranceEducation assistance (tuition reimbursement)Employee/family focused cultureTraining and advancement pathwaysAnd moreIndividual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations.
