Shift Supervisor/barista

Arcadia cafe and bar in Fitzroy, VIC is seeking a Shift Supervisor/Barista with at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume cafe. The role involves 25-35 hours per week, focusing on coffee preparation and customer service. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be organized, and enjoy teamwork. Pay ranges from A$25 to A$30 per hour, with shifts available on weekends and mornings.
Barista / shift supervisor person to join our team

The job is approximately 25 to 35 hours per week

To fulfil this role, you would be required to;
• Have at least 1 year experience in a high volume cafe environment
• Have a positive working attitude
• Be proficient dialing in espresso and filter coffee
• Basic latte art
• Be clean, organised and efficient
• basic bar experience ( we could always train you )
• Enjoy working in a team environment
