">Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee wind asset operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in wind turbine generation systems, high voltage systems, and related equipment.
• Lead training sessions for team members on wind turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) procedures.
• Identify and report potential hazards and near misses to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Knowledge of Windows-based software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with related mechanical and electrical OSHA safety standards.
