SHE Personnel (Safety, Health and Environment)

Unilever is seeking a SHE Personnel in Pasig, Metro Manila, to enhance the Safety Program and Culture in shopfloor operations. Responsibilities include developing safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and leading safety training programs. Required skills include experience in manufacturing and knowledge of safety regulations. The position is full-time with no specific degree required.

Project Description:

Develop the Site's Safety Program and Culture in the shopfloor operations and utilities

·
Improve the existing ways of working on SHE in the shopfloor operations and engineering, and develop their safety culture and mindset

Specific Deliverables:
1. Establish digital SBO system (capturing, closure, analysis, trending) by January 2024.
2. Closure of Machinery Safety Program findings by January 2024
3. Establish Warehouse Safety Program by January 2024
4. Conduct all the safety trainings under R2S by December 2023

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Tabulate the SBOs submitted by each cell and area, plans for correction, and analyzes the trends.
2. Conduct, document, and assess the risk assessments of all the operational tasks in the factory.
3. Establish and sustain the Machinery Safety Program in the shopfloor.
4. Develops the eMOC culture in the factory and monitors the closure of each submission.
5. Leads the Warehouse Safety Program in the Hansson Warehouse
6. Leads the Deep Compliance Audits in the factory
7. Conducts different safety training and skills development in line with the R2S Program

Required Skills:

Minimum Safety Officer 2

Experience in Manufacturing Setting

Indepth in the different government law and regulations on Safety, Health, and Environment

Skills in conducting hazard identification and risk assessment

·
Able to work under pressure

·
Detail oriented
