Climate Masters Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for the most qualified HVAC Dispatcher to join the best HVAC company in South Alabama. You’ll be the liaison between our customers and our sales team or our service technicians, and you’ll likely be the first impression many of our customers will have of Climate Masters. You’ll need to be clear and concise with your verbal and written communications, and have keen organizational and record keeping skills.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain the bond between our company and our clients
• Communicate and coordinate with our technicians, sales team, department managers and customers
• Organize the logistics and progress of multiple projects, services, and installations
• Accurately enter and maintain records in spreadsheets, databases, and/or CRMs
• Set appointments using scheduling software
• Create maintain all physical logs and books pertaining to our service jobs, including work orders
• File paperwork for all manufacturer warranty parts
• Answer the telephone courteously and attentively
• Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information
• Be the helping liaison between our customers and our technicians from the initial phone call to the follow up after the job has been completed.
• Maintain an on-call schedule: including 1st on-call and standby technician

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma
• Driver's License
• Interpersonal, telephone, email, and active listening skills
• Experience with Microsoft products & Windows operating systems
• Experience with Google products & CRMs
• Experience with data entry, filing, and bookkeeping
• Previous experience as a customer service representative
