Synergy Au is seeking a Service Desk Officer for their Perth CBD office. The role involves being the first point of contact for technical and non-technical queries, managing incidents and requests, and providing high-quality customer service. Candidates should have at least 3 years of IT support experience and relevant qualifications. Role Summary:
The Service Desk Officer is an exciting opportunity in our Business Services team based at our Perth CBD offices.

The main objective for this role is to be the first point of contact for all technical and non-technical related queries. You will support the daily operations of Synergy by ensuring all enquiries, incidents, and requests are managed accurately whilst providing high quality customer service.
Key responsibilities of the role include
:

- Correctly identify, troubleshoot, triage / escalate incidents and requests as required.
- Participate in an on-call roster to provide afterhours and weekend support.
- Assist with account administration, onboarding and offboarding activities.
What you'll bring:

- Certification or tertiary qualifications in computer systems, computer science, or information technology. An ITIL Foundations Certificate would also be highly regarded.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working in an IT support / service desk role.
- Strong knowledge of technical IT concepts.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, VMware, SAP support is preferred.
- Strong customer focus and a willingness to go above and beyond.
