Job Description

GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Water Resources Project Manager in Milford, DE. The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical guidance, and overseeing water resources projects. Candidates should have at least 15 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and expertise in stormwater management and hydrologic modeling. GPI seeks an enthusiastic leader to assist our growing office. We are looking for a full-time Senior Water Resources Project Manager with expertise in stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, stream and wetland design, construction document production, and environmental compliance during the construction phase.

Responsibilities:
• Manage client relationships and business development.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to water resources staff.
• Conduct quality control and assurance reviews of water resources-related work.
• Develop project scopes of work and price proposals.
• Support staff in meeting project goals, schedules, and expectations.
• Potential for future supervisory and leadership responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Professional Engineer with at least 15 years of experience.
• Five (5) years of experience demonstrating increasing responsibilities and a track record of success.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
• Project Management Experience with state departments of transportation is preferred.
• Design Experience including hydrology and hydraulics analysis, drainage design, stormwater management, erosion control, bridge and culvert scour analysis, stream restoration, floodplain permitting, and watershed planning.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Experience developing task proposals and fee estimates.
