Job Description

Macquarie Group Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Specialized Real Estate Credit team in New York, NY. The role involves building the US CTL and GLF finance business, sourcing transactions, and developing client relationships. Candidates should have over 10 years of private credit experience and strong financial analysis skills. The position offers a salary of $250,000 - $300,000 and includes hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Macquarie Asset Management Private Credit is a leading global asset manager specializing in private credit, with over $40 billion in assets under management across five capabilities: Infrastructure, Real Estate, US Private Placements, Asset Finance and Fund Capital. Following the launch of a Secure Income Real Estate Platform in the UK in late 2020, we are seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the build out of our US platform, initially focused on CTLs and GLF in the US.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for building out our US CTL and GLF finance business developing our origination network, sourcing transactions and leading their execution. You will work with our existing Philadelphia, New York and London teams to support capital raising and client relationships and also contribute to the further development of our US RE credit business.

Salary range for this position: $250,000 - $300,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer
• 10+ years of experience in private credit with significant insurance solutions experience
• Experience in sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisors
• Experience leading and developing deal teams
• You’ll be highly numerate and possess skills in all aspects of credit and financial analysis covering both transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management
• Comfortable in supporting product specialists and relationship managers in fundraising and investor relationship management.
