Job Description

You will engage a diverse team of land development professionals to plan, design, and ultimately obtain approvals for communities across a variety of housing types and metropolitan areas.

Create communities - from traditional single-family detached homes to alley-loaded townhouses - that provide memorable places for our home buyers.

Develop entitlement/approval strategies and manage various consultants to effectively execute those strategies.

Represent the company in public and private meetings regarding annexation, rezoning, and preliminary development plan approvals.
