Urban Planning and Engineering Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Planner to join our Planning and GIS Team.

Responsibilities:
• Leverage expertise in planning principles, research, and data collection to develop strategies for economic and community growth.
• Lead the production of technical reports, presentation materials, and project deliverables for clients.
• Develop and lead community engagement activities and data collection initiatives.
• Collaborate with municipalities, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to advance community initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state, county, and local codes, ordinances, and regulations.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of planning experience (6 years for Senior Planner).
• Degree in urban or regional planning, urban studies, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture, geography, or related field.
• American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
