Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Engage in a hybrid work schedule with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, except during period closings requiring full onsite attendance.
• Assist in global consolidated financial reporting for income taxes, managing quarterly and monthly tax provisions, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of all tax accounts in the general ledger.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex tax issues effectively.
• Create efficient and effective work papers, processes, and procedures for preparing tax provisions and returns.
• Prepare quarterly presentation materials for upper management regarding effective tax rates, cash taxes, and special projects.
• Conduct analyses and modeling for the tax implications of transactions, tax planning projects, and changes in accounting and tax legislation.
• Support the tax team's contributions to merger and acquisition initiatives, including due diligence and integration matters.
• Research various domestic and international tax issues.
• Provide support for other tax-related research and special projects.

Key Qualifications for Success:

To be considered, you will need:
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in preparing and/or reviewing U.S. GAAP income tax provisions for multinational companies.
• Solid knowledge of Longview Tax Provision and CorpTax software.
• Experience with Oracle and HFM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• CPA credentials are highly desirable.
• Over 3 years of experience in tax provision for multinational companies.
• Prior experience with SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Longview, or OneSource UTP.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in data analytics and transformation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting clear and thorough information to varied audiences.
