Our remote team of 40 members operates collaboratively to drive impactful, sustainable solutions for climate-related challenges.


About the Role The Senior Specialist – Education (Mahati Project) will lead project management and program support for the Mahati project in Visakhapatnam, driving research, stakeholder coordination, field operations, and documentation. This role plays a key role in developing innovative climate-education pilots, integrating AI-driven learning solutions, identifying best practices, and supporting the strategic growth of the initiative.


The position is based in Visakhapatnam, and the candidate must either be located in Visakhapatnam or be willing to relocate. Candidate will manage skilling programs in AI for Mahathi project in Visakhapatnam will also support and manage other related activities across India, as .


Given the nature of the Mahati project, the role requires strong understanding of AI tools, data workflows, digital learning systems, and technology-enabled education models in addition to core programme management skills.


Key Responsibilities
Undertake project management for Mahati project of CCF.


Assist in conducting research required to support the initiative's objectives and program development.


Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.


Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and other relevant records.


Support the identification and analysis of best practices related to education programs in the climate sector.


Contribute to the overall strategic planning and implementation of the project.


Undertake any other cross-functional work as required by the team to support organizational objectives.



RequirementsQualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Data Science, AI, Engineering, EdTech, or related field


5–8 years of experience in program or education project management (climate/social sector preferred


Strong data handling, research, and reporting skills


Ability to manage stakeholders and independently run pilot sites


Excellent communication skills; social/youth sector experience is a plus

Communication & Collaboration: Coordinating with teams and stakeholders; strong writing and reporting.


Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate program records and reports.

Flexibility: Handling cross-functional tasks as needed.


Sector Knowledge: Education programs, climate action, and sustainability.


Technical Skills: MS Office, collaboration tools, basic data analysis.
