Schedule: Monday-Friday
Travel: 25% local travel in the Omaha Metro Area

Job Description:
As a Staff Right of Way Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing the acquisition of land and property rights necessary for our projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including property owners, and project teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and facilitate efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and analysis of property ownership, zoning regulations, and land use.
• Prepare and manage right of way documents, including easements, permits, and agreements.
• Negotiate with property owners and stakeholders to secure necessary rights.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to right of way acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the acquisition process.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - (Applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in right of way acquisition, relocation or land management.
• Ability to read and understand title and appraisal reports and land surveys.
• Knowledge of general real estate law.
• Proficient in use of computer software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
