Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals by negotiating and executing contracts on behalf of the company. Sell all services that BluSky offers and convert opportunities into sales.
- Revenue: Oversee and expedite revenue production in accordance with monthly goals, working closely with the project team to ensure timeliness of deposit, progress, and final billings.
- Profit Margins: Develop and take ownership of the project budget in compliance with target margins, ensuring accuracy and making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent marketing/business development and sales experience in the restoration or construction industry, with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Extensive construction estimating and/or large loss and catastrophe experience.
- Ability to attend business development networking functions 2-3 evenings a week and possess intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience utilizing Xactimate and other estimating software preferred, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of project management, financial processes, and administration.
