Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to commissioning. Stay current with emerging technologies and market trends in the renewable energy industry. Develop and implement best practices for system design and integration to maximize efficiency and reliability. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth. Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on system design and engineering. Proven expertise in solar PV, wind energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or hybrid systems. Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., PVSyst, HOMER, SAM) and simulation tools. Strong understanding of power systems, grid integration, and electrical engineering principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes. This role is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to innovative energy projects from anywhere.
