Strong understanding of solar, wind, and energy storage technologies, as well as grid interconnection processes. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and financial modeling. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Strong understanding of permitting, environmental regulations, and land use policies. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate remote teams. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. Commitment to safety and quality in all project activities.
