Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager

EarthStream Global is hiring a Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager in Sheffield, UK, to lead large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in Europe. Responsibilities include technical leadership, project oversight, engineering excellence, stakeholder management, and risk and quality management. The role requires ensuring high standards of quality and safety while driving sustainable energy solutions. This is a full-time position with no specific degree requirement.
We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to oversee the technical execution of large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects in Central and Western Europe. As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety while driving the company's mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership:
• Develop and execute the technical strategy for all renewable energy EPC projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversight of design, engineering, and technical specifications for solar, wind, and energy storage projects.
• Ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Project Oversight:
• Supervise from a technical perspective the overall lifecycle of projects from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning.
• Oversight of coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring seamless execution.
• Ensure technical milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Engineering Excellence:
• Lead the engineering team, ensuring optimized designs for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and approve all technical documentation, including designs, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Drive innovation and adoption of cutting-edge renewable energy technologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and technical alignment on project requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during client meetings, site visits, and contract negotiations.
• Risk and Quality Management:
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of project delivery.
