• Engage in outside sales by meeting the customers face-to-face, building trust, and providing a personalized solar solution.
• Address objections with clarity, creativity, and a focus on long-term value.
• Negotiate contracts that reflect professionalism and trust.
• Consistently achieve and surpass individual sales objectives through proactive engagement and expert-level closing skills.

Requirements
• At least 1 year of solar sales experience in New Jersey.
• Must be comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred.
