Senior Renewable Energy

NTU International A/S is seeking a Senior Renewable Energy & Energy Storage Expert for a 20-month project starting July 2025 in Bulgaria. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in renewable energy project development. Proficiency in solar modelling tools and knowledge of EU regulations are preferred. The role is full-time and requires excellent English communication skills.
NTU International A/S leads a consortium for the EIB funded Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory project at Maritsa East Complex. We seek experts to support the core team.

Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in solar modelling and energy simulation tools (PVsyst, Helioscope, HOMER, etc.)
Professional Experience
• At least 10 years of experience in renewable energy project development, energy storage systems, and feasibility studies
• 3+ projects demonstrating technical and economic assessments of large-scale renewable energy projects
• Design, feasibility assessment, and development of solar PV and energy storage projects
• Grid impact assessments and integration studies for renewable energy projects (asset)
• EU renewable energy regulations, permitting, and funding mechanisms (asset)
• Coal transition regions within EU countries (asset)
