ABOUT THE ROLE
Due our continued success in the APAC region, the Singapore team is now looking for a Consultant to join the Onshore Renewable Energy permanent hire team.
We are looking for a Consultant to consistently develop existing & new candidate networks and client relationships, work in specialist market verticals to become the go-to individual and subject matter expert within your chosen markets and make a meaningful impact on your career, your team and more widely on the transition to renewable energy.
Taylor Hopkinson's Singapore team currently has a team of 3. You will be supporting the Onshore Renewable Energy team where we maintain existing relationships across the region. Though the role is Singapore based, recruiting mandates we cover are across all of APAC including Australia and New Zealand.
This role will be reporting into the Head of Recruitment Singapore, Dylan Zidi. The team operate out of Brunel's APAC HQ in the centre of Singapore's business district. The wider team at Taylor Hopkinson operate in Taipei, Korea, Japan and Australia.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Consultant at Taylor Hopkinson, you will build trusted long term relationships with your clients and candidates to connect high-calibre specialists to roles at global renewables companies.
Day-to-day responsibilities
• Develop relationships with new and existing candidates and clients and networking through to map specific vertical markets and become a go-to player/subject matter expert in this field
• Share market information with colleagues globally
• Mentor Research Consultants and maintain open communication with other team members to share information, utilise candidate pipeline generated and contribute qualified open roles to the team pipeline
• Record activity appropriately on Bullhorn/CRM systems
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have's
• Mid level experience in an agency recruitment role (preferred) or in-house talent acquisition to successfully play an experienced 360 recruiter, business development or account management role
• A genuine interest in the renewables sector and a real ambition to become an expert in your field
• An energetic and positive approach to work, with a passion to foster strong relationships and develop networks
• A strong communicator who can understand and discuss technical aspects of roles with colleagues and candidates
• A willingness to share your knowledge and build relationships internally and externally
Nice-to-have's
• Renewables or energy experience
• Fluency in additional languages, preferably Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other APAC languages
