Senior QA Engineer - Solar Projects

Vets Hired is looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior QA Engineer - Solar Projects. As a key member of our team, this individual will oversee the quality assurance process for our solar projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for solar projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
• Manage the punch list and inspection process to ensure efficient project closeout.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to solar energy and QA/QC practices.

Requirements
• Minimum 23 years of experience in distributed generation or utility-scale solar QA/QC.
• Proven track record of ensuring high-quality standards in solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to solar projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certified.
• CPR-First certified.
