In this role, you will:

Support clients in developing and executing effective reuse strategies that align with technical and regulatory frameworks while serving community needs.Lead multidisciplinary teams through various phases of water reclamation projects from planning to full implementation.Work collaboratively with leadership to assess new work opportunities, aiding in scoping and fee development.Strengthen client relationships by being a dependable point of contact, ensuring clarity and reliability during complex project phases.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, focusing on high-quality and predictable outcomes.Collaborate with internal experts across various disciplines to provide comprehensive solutions.Mentor and guide emerging project managers and technical staff, fostering the growth of future water leaders.Enhance the firm’s visibility in the reuse industry by engaging in local and national conferences and events.Identify new opportunities to broaden our influence in water reuse with both existing and prospective clients. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree13 years of relevant experiencePMP (PMI), CCM, or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hiring Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical EngineeringProfessional engineering license is highly preferredExperience with projects in southeastern US communitiesManaging treatment projects exceeding $1MExperience in water reclamation and reuse project managementExcellent communication, networking, and team-building skills Job Site Location: Georgia - Statewide
