• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our utility-scale solar and storage projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including owners, utilities, landowners, municipalities, developers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal resources.
• Oversee project teams, consisting of internal resources (Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Design Engineers) and external partners (subcontractors, consultants, clients, utilities, development partners).
• Implement health and safety programs, manage project compliance with health and safety requirements, and assure continuous compliance by project and subcontractors.
• *Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction and/or development, including as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Development Engineer, or Project Superintendent.
• Advanced understanding of contracts, plans, specifications, codes, design/build contracts, and construction means and methods.
• Experience with utility-scale photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage systems, constructing substations, and solar interconnects into substations.
