Senior Project Manager - Environment Testing

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Environment Testing in Lancaster, PA. The role involves liaising with clients and the lab, providing customer service, coordinating projects, managing sample receipts, and overseeing invoicing. Key responsibilities include communication with clients, project setup, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires regular attendance during 1st shift hours (8am-5pm, M-F) and is a full-time role.
Position Summary:

The Senior Project Manager is the liason between the client and the lab, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients for routine and non-routine projects

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Customer Service/Project Management
• Communicate with clients and the laboratory regarding general/technical issues and questions about analyses, turnaround times, sample status, results etc. via phone and email
• Provide verbal and written quotations
• Review client requests and requirements for projects
• Coordinate complicated routine and non-routine client projects from beginning to end
• Obtain appropriate work authorization documents
• Identify and investigate any administrative or technical problems and coordinate resolution/corrective action
• Project Set-up
• Creates projects in LIMs based on quotes, existing projects or information provided by the client
• Creates bottle orders
• Schedules courier as needed
• Perform updates to existing Projects when needed
• Sample Receipt
• Reviews sample logins
• Generates subcontract paperwork
• Sends client sample receipt confirmation
• Reviews draft invoice
• Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMs
• Reporting
• Creates and issues final deliverables
• Invoicing
• Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
• Performs invoice corrections as needed
• Assist with financial, purchase order and late payment issues as needed
• Other
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Serves as a mentor to less experienced Project Managers
• Other duties as assigned

Role is 1st shift, 8am-5pm M-F
