Senior Project Director Energy Solutions

As a Senior Project Manager in our Power Delivery Solutions division, you'll play a key role in leading our EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) team in delivering comprehensive engineering design projects for electric utility clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with US Electric Utilities and a comprehensive understanding of electric power and infrastructure projects. You'll oversee a portfolio of electric utility projects, with a blend of Distribution Engineering, Management of Realty and Permitting Subcontractors, Transmission line, and Substation Scope.

In this role, you'll work alongside engineering managers and account managers to provide Project Management Services supporting EPC contracts. You'll lead larger proposals, manage a team of project managers, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to Leidos' Mission, Vision, and Values.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or related field required
• 8+ years of progressive Project Management experience in the electric power industry, or associated field OR 6+ years with a Master's Degree
• Demonstrated Experience working with US Electric Utilities, and a comprehensive understanding of electric power and infrastructure projects
