• Conduct research and gather insights to ensure a deep understanding of electromobility in Latin America, informing member engagement and shaping our perspective on the global EV transition.
• Collaborate closely with the Transport Policy team and in-country partners to inform members in Latin America on key policies needed to drive the EV transition and involve them in related advocacy efforts.
• Work with the Knowledge Manager in the Transport team and in-country partners to develop and deliver events, member briefings, and resources tailored to support fleet electrification plans for members in the region.
• Partner with the Transport Membership Engagement team and in-country partners to identify and engage potential members while delivering activities to strengthen relationships with existing members.
• Coordinate with Communications colleagues to ensure prospective and existing members in Latin America are connected to relevant opportunities, such as platforms at events (both Climate Group-hosted and external) and media/press activities in key regions.
• Line manage the International Programme Manager counterpart for Asia and Africa.
• Travel to Latin America and other regions as required to represent Climate Group and our transport initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of Climate Group’s broader strategy.
