LGELGUGB is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Services in Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands. The role involves driving innovation in consumer products to enhance customer experiences and engagement with Digital Connectivity. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in The Netherlands
As Senior Product Manager in the Digital Services team you will be responsible for driving continuous innovation within our consumer products to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and maximize customer engagement with our Digital Connectivity propositions. Within this role you will be expected to work with commercial, digital and product stakeholders within our country operations and central teams to capture needs, opportunities, demand and underlying requirements related to the introduction of new and the improvement of existing Connectivity customer value propositions and experiences.
Within the Digital Services team you will also work with central strategy and country teams to research, manage and maintain a multi-year roadmap reflecting identified and future CVP’s, value-creating services related or affiliated to Connectivity, initiatives and business cases supporting or contributing to long range financial plans and marking technology waves enabling strategic pivots.
What will you be doing?
• Translate the company’s customer value proposition(s) for Connectivity into meaningful, industry-leading experiences, propositions & solutions that delight our customers and fit our ‘Tomorrow’s Connections Today’ mantra
• Ensure complete capture of customer, commercial and financial needs and objectives within operating markets related to Connectivity. Write and maintain product concept and requirements documentation in Jira.
• Ensure continuous review of business value and priority setting for changes and enablers within the Connectivity platform
• Ensure cost and delivery efficiencies through identifying opportunities to scale business requirements across markets
• Work with central strategy, finance and customer experience teams to identify and bring forward opportunities and business cases to increase value and improve engagement related or affiliated to Connectivity experiences.
• Secure a trusted and reliable interface towards country stakeholders, strategic technology and vendors on roadmap planning, feature release priorities, platform improvements, customer, and user experience changes and CVP activation.
• Ensure activation of strategic, financial, and commercial enablers and objectives for the company and its ecosystem within platform roadmap and feature releases
• Integrate service performance and quality requirements according to quality-by-design principles to enable monitoring and management of service level agreements and product performance metrics
• Work with strategic technology partners and central technology teams to enable and unlock opportunities to increase customer value within the platform.
• Apply a fact-based and data-led decision-process on product ownership and development.
• Be pro-active, pragmatic, instigate improvements, encourage best practices across markets and apply practical innovation with the objective to drive product and thought leadership.

Essential:
• Strong experience in driving continuous innovation in digital connectivity
• Highly self-motivated and objective driven individual continuously keeping the end goal in mind and capable of standing up for their values and objectives whilst selling or developing their ambitions
• Proven ability to guide and shape employee experience using technology as a critical enabler
• C-Suite experience with selling a vision is essential. This means understanding big and small picture, ability to articulate and sell a vision and drive to achieve it.
• Ability to be credible at all levels of the organization. Our stakeholders and opinion formers are at every level of the organization and it is critical that we listen to them all.
• Proven experience simplifying enhancing service experiences for customers

Leadership skills:
• Effective influencing and negotiating skills
• Inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the Tech and business strategy
Relationship Building:
• Excellent interpersonal skills will be needed in order to build strong, cooperative internal and external relationships across all levels and geographies
• Great listener and communicator and be able to understand the other persons perspectives and needs, enabling strong partnerships
Desirable:
• Strong academics demonstrating intellectual curiosity and problem solving in complex environments
• Degree in engineering, IT, maths, business or other subject showing strong analytical capabilities
• Ideally a Masters or further qualification in relevant area
