ChampionX seeks a Senior Procurement Representative - Direct Materials to oversee end-to-end RFQ process for chemical categories and execute sourcing strategies for the Middle East & Africa region.

Responsibilities:
• Ensures safety compliance and quality improvement processes.
• Leverages purchasing policy and SOP requirements.
• Leads the RFQ process for direct materials categories in the MEA Region.
• Executes regional/global sourcing initiatives and procurement cost-saving projects.
• Negotiates favorable contract terms with suppliers.
• Monitors market trends and develops mitigation strategies.
• Implements vendor performance matrix and scorecard.
• Represents Supplier Quality Management efforts from the procurement side.
• Fosters strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or engineering.
• 6 years of experience in direct materials sourcing, procurement in the chemical or oil and gas industry.
• Fluent in English & Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite & Power BI Dashboards.
