We are seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Procurement Manager to oversee the Energy infrastructure and projects portfolio. In this role, you will:
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for various Energy infrastructure procurement categories.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and suppliers to enhance operational efficiencies, mitigate risks, and reduce costs.
• Set performance metrics to hold suppliers accountable for their delivery and performance.
• Utilize competitive bidding and negotiation tactics, alongside market trend analysis, to drive results in your category.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can manage multiple projects effectively. Success in this role requires:
• Extensive experience in driving large-scale process improvements.
• Knowledge of Energy infrastructure equipment and construction categories such as substations, generators, and renewable energy systems.
• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• A track record of influencing teams to embrace changes and adopt innovative practices.
• Strong analytical and financial skills to support data-driven decision-making.
