Senior Officer (International Relation and Climate Diplomacy)

Terracotta Outsourcing is hiring a Senior Officer for International Relations and Climate Diplomacy in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The role involves developing global partnerships, liaising with government and international entities, and representing the organization at high-level forums. Candidates should have a Master's degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to expand global partnerships and enhance international engagement. Serve as the primary liaison with government entities, international organizations, and key stakeholders. Represent the organization at ministerial meetings, COP events, and other high-level international forums. Oversee the execution of long-term strategic initiatives in collaboration with partner countries. Provide strategic insights for policy development and operational frameworks. Qualifications:Masters degree in International Relations, Environmental Policy, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international relations, climate diplomacy, or global partnerships. Proven track record of working with international alliances or multilateral organizations. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Deep understanding of nature-based solutions and climate change policies.
